Disney World - Day Three

This day we headed to Club May for breakfast before heading to Hollywood Studios.

The pictures kinda stink, but I don't care...we had a wonderful breakfast.  We were there too dadgum really early so it wasn't crowded and the kids got to see the characters like 3 or 4 times!  Getting up early for the win after all!

First up...Goofy!  Daddy LOVES Goofy.  I think Daddy can relate.

 Everybody in!

Then Donald!  For some reason Sass got spooked and wouldn't get in the pic with the Duck.

Everyone loves Minnie!  Daddy the photo bomber!

Minnie is probably Bebe's favorite!

Little Miss Duck-Hater sure loves Minnie!

But then Donald came around again and Sass decided she would take her picture with Donald after all.  Especially when the whole family is in and her momma is holdin' her! ha

Minnie is back again for another hug.

 The whole kid crew!

Once we left Cape May we took a ferry over to Hollywood Studios.  It was a beautiful day and, of course, the kids were ready to go!  They headed straight in for the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.  I'm not a big rider myself so, of course, everyone was pestering me about riding.  I said sure 'cause wanted to see what was inside the beautiful building.  Very cool and Twilight Zone-ish inside...'cause that's the point.  If Disney does nothing else...they really pay attention to the details!  Inside was like an old hotel and the furnishings in the lobby were so cool.  I gave everyone a bit of a surprise that when it came time to ride ... I didn't!  ha ha  I skipped out on 'em!  Everyone rode, but me.  Even Sass!  She LOVED it and wanted to go again! ha

While the dads and big kids went for the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, Aunt M and I took the  littlest (too short for the Coaster) to the Toy Story Mania! ride.  The line was long, but apparently it is always long!  The waiting lines are decorated in large toys and it was so cute inside.  Below are a couple of cuties waiting somewhat patiently.

Here is Sawyer shooting during the ride.  It's a very fun ride that's like a cross between a moving video game and carnival games.  Sawyer thought it was very cool.  I would love to do it again, but um...the line...ugh!

Sass shooting at the screen! ha

Then we headed over to watch the stunt car show.  It was fun, but a little long.  They did bring Lightning McQueen out for a few minutes, which even though my boys act like they are too big for him now...I know they were pretty psyched about it.
Later, when most of the big kids went to do the R 'n' R Coaster again, Uncle J and I stopped by so the littles (and 1 big) could see Lightning and Mater

We stopped for a rest and watched a Disney Junior show just for Sass's sake.  They made it "snow" in the room with Sophia, then bubbles were pumped in for Doc McStuffins and kids were poppping them, and finally gold paper doubloons were dropped from the sky with Jake!  All of the preschoolers were totally into it!  Mine on the other hand...SLEPT THROUGH THE ENTIRE SHOW!  ha ha  Seriously, she fell asleep as we sat down and only woke up when we got up to leave!

Shortly thereafter we hit Star Tours for a simulator ride.  You wear 3D glasses and ride in this simulator captained by C3PO.  It's really cool.  During each ride they identify at random a "spy" that is riding with you in the simulator and post their pic on the screen and Sumner got picked!  He was pretty tickled about that. There are 52 different versions of this ride.  We all kinda wanted to do them all!  We got off the ride and hopped right back on it to do it another time!  Only 50 more to go!  PawPaw Mason treated the boys to having their pictures made like Luke Skywalker and Bebe did a Princess Leia shot.  Too funny...maybe I'll post those sometime.

Outside these guys were doing Jedi training for kids.  I wish we could've done this for the boys.  Next time, Vader!  Next time!

After Hollywood Studios we took the ferry back to our car and headed to a Sports Bar to have bite to eat (and a great chocolate martini) and watch the Carolina game!  Priorities, people!

So that's our trip!  If you're still reading you have done your good deed for the day...and may the force be with you!

**THANK YOU NANA AND PAWPAW MASON FOR ANOTHER AMAZING DISNEY TRIP!  WE LOVE YOU GUYS AND APPRECIATE IT SO MUCH!
