So here's to going back a few weeks to catch you all up on the things that have put me so far behind on the blog! Although I'm not complaining...my cup runneth over!
So where did I kinda leave off?
It's fall.
The leaves are coming down...
and soccer for The Sass is in full swing.
She's playing up on Saw's U6 team.
She's a bit more into the social aspect than the athletic aspect.
She has really hit it off with a little boy named Corbin
on her team and they just giggle and talk and make silly faces at each other!
I'm not sure that they even notice they're on a soccer field sometimes!
| Me? I just scored that awesome goal! |
| Look at those cute knees! Tee hee! |
Looking up for a header.
Bebe plays on a fabulous undefeated U12 team.
Really sweet girls. Although they play pretty tough.
There is one girl that is just amazing. She cuts through the other team like a hot knife through buttah! And we have another girl that is built like a linebacker, and yet she's light on her feet and just has some crazy hustle! Both of those girls are fun to watch and I think Bebe has learned a lot from them.
A different game...Sumner in goal.
He takes keeper very seriously and is pretty good at it.
Sawyer with an awesome kick!
I was a second late on the shot and missed capturing the ball in the frame!
Another game where Sawyer is goalie.
Actually he played goalie most of the time for his U6 team.
He is really very good at keeper and doesn't mind getting hit
with a hard shot or diving on the ground to get the ball.
And then there's volleyball.
Bebe is also playing volleyball this season.
She's playing on the 5th/6th grade team...and she LOVES it!
Let me just take a second to say...Isn't he beautiful!
I mean...look at that face! I mean really!
And let's not forget...fall baseball!
At this point in the season the boys were still undefeated!
Sumner is batting 1000 and doing just fabulous!
And then there's Sawyer...the little stinker on the team! ha ha
He's playing up on the 7/8 team. So he's almost 2-3 years younger than some of the boys on his team. I mean some of his teammates have little brothers his age running around outside the fence and jumping on the bleachers and watching the game.
Is he not so stinkin' cute!?
So we're sort of caught up...
Stay tuned for:
*Sass' birthday
*The Fair
*Eleven games in 4 days
*Science Fair
*Halloween and book report pumpkins
*Wrapping up volleyball and baseball
*Wrapping up soccer with hardware
*Sawyer chewing on things and he loses his first tooth
Okay, so we're not really 'sort of caught up' at all, but just starting! ha ha Bear with me Internet!
