Sawyer leads his class in the preschool Halloween Parade! His two teachers were scarecrows. But the front teacher got tired of holding her elbows up immediately. I don't know if you can see the teacher in the back of the line...she kinda blends into the parent crowd on the sidewalk, but she held those arms out for dear life and had a huge black crow on her shoulder.
Best pals (Wolverine and the Skeleton) Reed and Saw
Sass and her best pal Brooks
And another one. So sweet! They held hands the whole time. Brooks looked totally unsure of what was going on and Sass had this little grin on. She loved the attention.
The whole class with the Director's dog (aka Tigger). Her teachers (the NYPD and Raggedy Ann) are awesome and Sass LOVES going to school.
Halloween Night!
This year's theme (cause Mama loves a theme)...was Classic Halloween!
The boys were skeletons and the girls were witches.
Daddy joined in the fun with his mask he wore in college. Purty, ain't he?
We went trick or treating in Bebe's friend's neighborhood again this year. It's a large development where the houses are close together and the majority really do it up right. At our friends' house we sat in the driveway around a fire pit and had food and drinks. Then as it started to get dark we headed out with a crew of kids to do some serious trick or treating. We tricked and treated for about an hour and came home with quite a haul. Needless to say, we're going to have to double up on the flouride use each night! Also, Santa might be picking a few pieces out of the loot and "repurposing" some candy to use in stockings! ha
Our little pumpkin witch!
Sawyer bustin' out a skeleton move a la Michael Jackson.
Okay, so I'm really behind on this post, but I hope everyone had a Happy Halloween!
