Almost

School is almost out...thank you Lord for being able to sleep in!  Annnnd I'm over herding kids to the table for homework time!

Baseball is almost over...I'm so glad because the league we're in sucks.  Now we can play travel ball full time and we can play with players and coaches we like!

Tball is almost over...so glad!  It's cute, but oh my word...it is soooo boring!

Work is almost over...all I can say is...I'm ready for the break.  Without giving too much away...my work on the surface is very, very easy, but has it's own challenges!  Not to mention it might as well be volunteering because the pay is so low! haha

Warm weather is almost here...it has been cold and rainy here for so long!  Yuck!  Even on the warm days there's been a chilly breeze...just enough to keep me from being outside for long in shorts.  I might qualify as being the coldest-natured person in the South.  I'm usually in jeans and a sweatshirt until the 4th of July as it is, but this spring has been very chilly and I'm ready for some full time warm weather!

Swim team is almost here...we went to one practice last week.  Right now the pool is still chilly, but I can't wait to see the kids smiling faces over the summer laughing and practicing in the pool with their friends.

Lake swimming is almost here...usually we're in the lake by now.  The chilly breezes and super rainy days have kept my kids out of the water.  I'm ready for lazy days by the water. 

Summer break...Do you hear it?  I think it's the beach calling my name.  It has been kind of a rough year for us.  Nothing major, thank you Lord, but lots of little things that just drag you down over time.  I've been feeling weighed down lately in many aspects of our lives and I'm ready to kick back and just be.  Can I get an AMEN!?
