Let's Do the Math 2

For Christmas I received 4 boxes of chocolate covered cherries from Santa.  There are 2 trays of candies in each box.
4 x 2 = 8 total trays

There are 5 cherries in each tray.
5 x 2 = 10 cherries in each box

That would make 10 cherries x 4 boxes (or 8 trays x 5 cherries) = 40 cherries

So since I have eaten 7 of the 8 trays in 3 weeks
40 cherries - 1 tray of 5 = 35

I hang my head and tattletale on myself that I have eaten 35 cherries in 3 weeks or roughly 11.66666666667 cherries a week!  And I love it!
And a little more of an uncomfortable truth about myself...I follow the same strategy with each and every one.  I turn the cherry flat side up.  I carefully bite off a tiny bit of the bottom rim creating a hole.  I suck the white cream out and most of the cherry "juice".  Then when most of the inside is gone and there's very little left but cherry and chocolate I toss the whole thing in and chew it up!  Every time.
